I had a fairly tough journey with many mental and physical problems which can partly be seen in my progress photos below.

FAQs
Is all the coaching done Online?
The correct word to use is Remote Coaching and yes, everything we do is remote. Training sessions are on a video call, the conversations and support needed we do over the phone, and all results and programs we exchange through the Coach PK Mobile App.
What are the benefits of Online Coaching?
Nearly 100% of my clients agree and openly talk about the same benefits:

- It’s more effective than in person because of the highly efficient communication.
- It saves a lot of time because neither party is travelling or waiting for the other to show up.
- Online is much more reliable because even if we can’t make it to the session, we can always do it later.
- The support is much better because I’m always available for my clients. An In-Person trainer does not provide support when he’s not present.
- Online tracking allows me, as a trainer, to have a much more transparent view of the client’s progress. The mobile app reveals the quality of completion of all your activities.
- The accountability is much stronger than In-Person because I can react immediately and call the client if he’s falling off track.
- Online pricing is much cheaper and affordable whilst much more effective because of the high communication level.
- Online is much less intimidating because it allows you to workout at home or at a remote location where you feel comfortable.

Do you help with Nutrition as well?
Yes, always! Fitness coaching without covering Nutrition is just impossible. I handle all aspects of nutrition coaching. That includes:
- Learning the main principles around Calories, Macro and Micronutrients.
- Overcoming eating disorders like Binge Eating, Negative Relationship With Food, Emotional Eating, Chocolate Addiction and other addictions to foods that are causing a problem.
- I teach you how to eat the foods that you like without restricting any food groups.
- I provide meal plans and detailed guidance on the food that my clients should be eating.
How personalized are the programs?
The British word for my services is Bespoke. Every single detail is tailored to fit perfectly the client’s needs.
I never assign anything that is designed to fit other people too.
What are the prices?
The fees vary, depending on the level of support that you might need. Starting from as low as £119.99/month for all my services together and increasing when the intensity of the coaching increases.
