Virtual 1 to 1 Training Sessions

Once you start your journey, depending on your plan you can have virtual training sessions with your coach as often as necessary.

How Soon Will I Start Losing Weight?

You will see progress within the first few weeks, this is our PRIMING phase and for some people can be shorter than others depending on their condition.

What Will I Learn During The Program?

A lifestyle that you can maintain for the rest of your life.

Once you schedule your fitness strategy session you will receive video lessons of 3-5 minutes where I explain step by step what I do with you to get results.

Yes, this is why this program is so successful. You have weekly feedback that looks at your progress.

Can I Still Eat Out?

Yes of course this will be factored into your plan.

When you sign up you are also given guides to eating out in specific big-name restaurants in addition to our 1-to-1 feedback.

Yes, the schedules are tailored to your lifestyle.

I always say that night shifts are not the healthiest way to live overall but that will not prevent us from reaching world class results.

Can I still enjoy Holidays?

Yes, separate strategies are being applied for these trips that will allow you to enjoy your vacations and still make progress.

All you need to do is notify us before you go so we can amend the program.

I Can't Bring Tupperware Containers To Work, Can This Be Solved?

Yes, the coaching is based on macronutrients and food quality.

This means you are not obliged to eat in any particular way. You can eat ”Normal” foods and still achieve great results.

I Don't Like Some Foods, Will This Be Taken Into Account?

Yes, the coaching way allows you to keep eating as you always did in moderation and still get results.

I Don't Know All Exercises By Name, How Do I Solve That?

You will be using the exclusive Coach PK mobile app. 
It provides videos and detailed instructions for all exercises. 
You can also speak to your coach whenever necessary for more support.
